PASMA Towers for Managers will equip the learner with the specialist knowledge they need to keep your towers accident-free zones. This course is a classroom – theory based course with group exercises, so no PPE required! This will show Managers how to support their teams, identify the different tower types, inspection, and good all round practice for managing a safe site and teams and will show what to look for from the ground, before, during and after work has begun.
